How do i return an my order? Do i need an RMA? what is your refund policy?

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button

Return Policy:
- Make sure you're sending it back within 14 days from the date of purchase. (30 days for international customers). No refunds are issued after 14 days (30 days for international customers) all return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- After 14 days, an exchange will be offered for incorrect or defective items.
- Exchange and replacment will be at same value for original order, shipping charges are non refundable.
- Customers must contct us prior of returning an item, Each return MUST have an RMA number, "a Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down your RMA number on the outside of the box that contains the merchandise you want to return
Refund Policy:
- For a full refund, items must be returned within 14 days in original and unopened packaging (30 days for international customers).
- Opened items and cartridges sets will be subject to the full website retail price for each open item / cartridge. refused orders will have 25% restocking fee.
Upon return arrival please allow 1-2 Business days for your new order to ship out or 7 business days for your account to be credited.
